Under section 19 of the Organisation of Labour Inspection Law, 1954, in a workplace with a safety committee the workers' representatives on it are the safety representatives. The 1960 regulations set a three-year term. Neither the Law nor the regulations states a quorum or a voting method, so this form does not add one.
