Fire authority forms and compliance certificates
Businesses, plants, laboratories and operational buildings are sometimes required to produce compliance forms, maintenance certificates, site emergency files, facility emergency files and further documentation for the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority. Hoshen Engineering & Consulting helps a business understand what the Authority requires, draw up the list of documents needed, check for gaps in existing records, and identify which tests, approvals or accredited professionals are needed to complete the requirements.
Why do these forms matter?
Fire authority forms exist to demonstrate that a building's fire safety systems and measures have been tested, maintained and documented as required. Among other things they are used in business licensing, fire authority inspections, building permits, occupancy approval, updating site emergency files, a change of activity, a change of storage arrangements, or a specific demand from the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority.
To be clear: Hoshen Engineering & Consulting does not replace accredited professionals, maintenance contractors, testing laboratories or statutory approving bodies. Our role is to help a business understand the requirements, organise its documentation, identify gaps and prepare properly for the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority and the other authorities.
